While Assassin's Creed Syndicate received generally positive reviews, many still consider it to be flawed, thanks to its controls, mediocre side missions and online aspects and server issues. While Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag was criticized for its sparse side missions and lack of multiplayer mode, Syndicate promises more of the same. Assassin's Creed Syndicate offers a more open world than Black Flag with more side missions and six more main missions, but it doesn't promise a radically altered gameplay experience like Fallout 4 did. It does promise an online multiplayer mode, which is currently present on PC, but with the game's server issues, it remains to be seen whether or not this will be a worthwhile addition to the game. "Support" for it was added to the game in one of the patch notes. No word on whether or not Ubisoft plan to patch the game's servers, though. In a variety of ways, this game is a sequel to Assassin's Creed Rogue. It will literally be a sequel because Ubisoft is billing it as a direct sequel and they are specifically not making references to Rogue even though it is essentially the same story. Rogue is a mission-based stealth game with a lot of hunting, and that is the game you have if you pick this up, but there are also quests in this game that are different. You'll have to go out and find and fight things, earn kills, and even have conversations with other characters, some of whom can reward you for a lot of things including unlocking the next level in the game, so you have to do all that, plus stealthily complete your missions, and you get another mission for that. 3d9ccd7d82
